Salary: From $30 to $32 per Hour
 
Our client is seeking a contract Retail Brand Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

As the Coordinator, Retail Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing brand strategies that enhance the overall brand guest experience in the client's retail stores. You will lead initiatives that drive customer engagement and storytelling , ensuring that the client's brand is represented consistently and compellingly across all touchpoints. This role requires someone who is passionate about retail and dedicated to delivering exceptional brand experiences.

This role is primarily based out of the client's North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of seasonal retail marketing campaigns across owned retail stores and partner locations.
  • Coordinate in-store marketing initiatives including signage, displays, and experiential activations to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Merchandising, Digital, and Retail Operations) to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotional calendars.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of retail marketing toolkits and guidelines for store teams.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and asset trafficking for retail marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including foot traffic, sales lift, and customer engagement.
  • Liaise with our production team to ensure timely and accurate production of in-store materials.
  • Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to inform retail marketing strategies.
  • Create & maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure accurate documentation of campaign materials.
  • Support planning and execution of store openings, pop-ups, and community events.
  • Support on budget processing for retail marketing initiatives. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, brand experience, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years experience working in retail eviromement
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with the Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
