Agilus is recruiting for multiple Operations Specialists in the Banking Industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring governance, policies and procedures are in place and being followed by the numerous branches across the nation. Responsibilities: Review processes and procedures of the branches to ensure regulatory requirements are being met Run regulatory assessment tests Provide feedback to regional heads Recieve complaints from branches and triage to the appropriate regional heads to find resolution Assist in developing a regulatory control inventory Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Fast learner Experience in Deposit and Banking Compliance are a very nice to have Strong excel skills What's in it for you: 12 month contract with strong possibility to extend another year/go permanent Work/Life Balance!
