We are seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Licensed Dental Hygienist with a passion for education and clinical excellence. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives on sharing technical expertise, delivering engaging presentations, and supporting clinical teams through in-service training and educational outreach. A typical day: Deliver in-service clinical, technical, and educational training to dental professionals and support staff Develop and present educational materials tailored to adult learners Serve as a subject matter expert in dental hygiene practices, tools, and technologies Collaborate with internal teams to support program development and implementation Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements Provide feedback and insights from the field to enhance training programs and materials Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and professional events Successful candidates will have: Licensed Dental Hygienist in good standing with the Ordre des hygiénistes dentaires du Québec (OHDQ) Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent public speaking and presentation development skills Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and electronic communication tools; Excel knowledge is a plus Ability to travel extensively within the region (including some weekends) Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record Soft skills: Ability to work independently Excellent time management skills Leadership ability Total rewards: Base Pay, Overtime, Travel pay, Expense Reimbursement One Year contract Excellent role to supplement current full or part time position
