Position Title: Dynamics CRM Data Solutions Architect (Enterprise Systems Architect & Data Integration Lead)

Salary: $95,000 - 120,000 per year plus other perks and benefits
Position Overview
This strategic role leads the transformation of a fragmented IT environment into a unified, scalable, and secure ecosystem. The Enterprise Systems Architect & Data Integration Lead will oversee the consolidation of 75+ systems, integrating Sales, Volunteer Management, and Fundraising into a streamlined architecture. The role also drives data management, reporting, and security frameworks to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Architecture & Integration
- Lead the consolidation of 75+ systems into integrated platforms.
- Design and document unified architecture for Sales, Fundraising, and Volunteer Management.
- Oversee legacy system decommissioning, migration, and vendor collaboration.
Data Strategy & Reporting
- Serve as the organization’s lead data steward.
- Develop data models, warehouses, and reporting frameworks using Power BI, D365, and Azure.
- Align data strategies with evolving business needs and user roles.
Technical Oversight & Integration Management
- Manage core system integrations using PowerAutomate, Scribe, and APIs.
- Maintain documentation on integration architecture, workflows, and dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.
Security & Access Governance
- Design and manage role-based access models across platforms.
- Align permissions and data access with privacy and operational requirements.
- Support interface and reporting access controls through sound governance.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years in enterprise systems integration, architecture, or CRM/ERP projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure.
- Experience with system consolidation and rationalization.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, security roles, and access control.
- Advanced data reporting and warehousing expertise.
Assets:
- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce, HubSpot, Brightspace, and Business Central.
- Bilingual (EN/FR), PMP certification, SQL skills.
