Our client located in Vaughn is seeking to hire a Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate in this role will have excellent communication and customer service skills who enjoys being the first point of contact.
Working 100% in office
Location: Vaughn
Pay rate: $22-$24ph
4-6 week contract to start, possibility of an extension
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone traffic and ensure callers are connected to the correct internal contacts.
Oversee various day-to-day administrative functions, including handling correspondence, duplicating documents, and organizing calendar appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
Welcome and assist visitors and clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Carry out additional office-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
Proven ability to resolve issues while maintaining strong, respectful communication with both colleagues and clients.
Capable of juggling multiple priorities, staying composed under time pressure.
Highly motivated and independent, with a natural drive to take ownership of tasks.
