Agilus is recruiting for several Bilingual Customer Service Agents in the Public Sector in Ottawa, Ontario. In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding relocation policies, resolve inquiries, and provide excellent service by identifying needs, researching solutions, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will: Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
