We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to support the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System Implementation project. This transformative initiative will standardize asset management across our Transit clients' vehicle and infrastructure operations, replacing legacy systems and outdated Maximo configurations.
The successful candidate will act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team, driving business analysis efforts, guiding process transformation, and ensuring a successful Maximo deployment across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct business analysis activities including requirements gathering, gap analysis, current/future state process mapping, and business case documentation.
Engage with stakeholders and user groups to identify operational needs, facilitate workshops, and support organizational change.
Develop functional and non-functional specifications, system interface documentation, and support integration with systems such as IFS, SAP, CIS, VISION, and VWO.
Assist with data modeling, data migration planning, and legacy system mapping for transition to Maximo.
Collaborate with architects, developers, vendors, and PMO to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Prepare project documentation, user training materials, and support testing (UAT) and go-live activities.
Provide onsite rollout support and respond to production issues post-implementation.
Perform travel within GTA to TTC facilities, including field visits to subway, bus, and streetcar infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in business consulting with at least:
- 5 years as a lead business/process analyst in EAM/maintenance operations.
- 5 years in Maximo implementations within large, diverse environments.
- Strong experience in large IT system implementations and business process transformation.
- Expertise in business process analysis, design, and modeling.
- Familiarity with data modeling and KPIs in asset management contexts.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and facilitation.
- Experience with SQL in Oracle environments.
