Roles and Responsibilities
The Change Management Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the people and culture strategy within a business transformation program. This role requires an individual who can navigate complex stakeholder environments and lead organizational change to ensure that desired future state behaviors and outcomes are realized.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing a people and culture strategy tailored to current stakeholder conditions, and deploying customized change management tactics to support adoption.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive approach to communications, learning, and change management to support behavior change and outcome achievement.
- Leading the business transition, including working directly with operations teams to implement changes and realize future state goals.
- Designing and managing go-live support, including command center operations and post-implementation support models.
- Collaborating with the benefits measurement team and operations to track post-go-live metrics and iterate strategies based on results.
- Building and maintaining relationships with a wide array of stakeholders to facilitate smooth transformation.
- Recruiting, training, and managing team members, ensuring delivery quality through the creation and use of standardized templates and approaches.

- Communications materials and deployment plans
- Learning and training materials with deployment schedules
- Change management strategies and toolkits
- Go-live command center setup and support model documentation
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong background in change management, external and internal communications.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end claims process is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success managing relationships across complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Experience with transformation initiatives within public sector, unionized environments.
- Previous experience in managing or supporting business transformation projects.
Education
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent combination of training and experience in change management, business transformation, or organizational development.
