Agilus is recruiting for a ITIL Operations Consultant in the Insurance space in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. . A typical day: - Support Command Centre readiness: runbooks, escalation paths, dry runs, and monitoring alignment - Lead IT Operations Transition: update incident support diagrams (Visio), confirm RACI with tech and business teams - Finalize Production Readiness: update Service Level Agreements, verify Splunk/Dynatrace logging and observability, and ensure L1/L2/L3 incident teams and their support tools/processes are documented. - Facilitate operational readiness meetings: drive conversations forward, ensure follow-through, and support internal full-time team members as they focus on learning the specifications and code - Provide regular status updates and manage readiness timelines and milestone tracking. - Ensure support documentation is structured and re-usable in Confluence. - Working alongside our delivery implementation partner (Deloitte) to ensure aforementioned responsibilities are completed. Successful candidates will have: - Strong working knowledge of ITIL v4 foundations and service transition processes - Hands-on experience with digital platform or web application operations support - Comfortable with Confluence, Microsoft Products (Visio, SharePoint, Powerpoint) and interpreting output from Splunk and Dynatrace. - Highly organized with a bias for action, able to drive meetings, track progress, and keep deliverables moving. - This is not a BSA or dev role — no requirements documentation or coding needed, but must be comfortable working alongside technical team members Soft skills: strong soft skill required You'll receive: a 12 month contract
