Job Opportunity: Senior Business Analysts (2 positions)

Location: Onsite 
Duration: 1 year + 4 optional extensions

About the Role

Altis Technology is seeking Business Analysts for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government Clients. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and validate system/user requirements in a classified environment

• Maintain requirements databases (e.g., DOORS), baselines, traceability, and change management

• Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct impact analysis, and document project dependencies

• Support testing and verification processes, including UAT planning and execution

• Develop SOPs, project documentation, and facilitate training needs assessments

• Prepare meeting materials, progress reports, and transition documentation

Must-Have Experience

• 8+ years in business analysis for IM/IT projects (within last 15 years)

• 5+ years developing use cases and briefing analysis results

• Proven experience identifying viable business solutions and drafting functional specs

• Prior work briefing and consulting with cross-functional project teams

Assets (Rated)

• Degree or diploma in IM/IT, science, or engineering

• Business Analysis certifications (e.g., PMI-PBA, IIBA CBAP)

• Federal government IM/IT project experience

• UML, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder engagement expertise
