Senior Data Analyst – Product Analytics
The International Product Analytics team is seeking a seasoned and strategic-minded Senior Data Analyst to partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams. This role is critical in transforming product and business data into actionable insights that drive innovation and improve user experiences across our digital platforms.
We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical foundation and a track record of using data to influence product strategies and deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a cross-functional environment, is comfortable navigating large, complex datasets, and is passionate about using data to craft intuitive and engaging digital products.
What You’ll Do
- Define key metrics and performance indicators to guide product strategy and measure success.
- Perform in-depth quantitative analysis to uncover insights and inform product development.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to prioritize projects with high impact.
- Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that lead to meaningful product improvements.
- Represent the analytics team in business reviews and leadership meetings, translating complex data into strategic narratives.
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and foster a culture of experimentation.
- Aggregate, clean, and process large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools to support deep analytical dives.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in data or product analytics roles within high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in data visualization and experimentation platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Strong proficiency with SQL-based querying on large datasets (e.g., MySQL, Hive, BigQuery, MS SQL).
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience working independently on major analytics initiatives or product launches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
