Agilus is recruiting for a Recruitment & HR Coordinator in the Development and Manufacturing Industry in Scarborough, Ontario. The Recruitment and HR Coordinator ensures smooth, accurate recruitment processes and supports HR and Talent teams on key tasks and projects. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication with employees on recruitment and HR matters. A typical day: Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and provide support or redirect as needed Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networks Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and process improvements Handle internal HR processes such as employment letters, verifications, and job change documentation Support HR reporting, events, onboarding, training, and various HR initiatives Assisting with employee events (e.g., BBQs, holidays) and helping organize and host town halls The successful candidate brings: 2–4 years of HR experience, including recruitment or talent acquisition Proven experience supporting recruitment and general HR functions Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., Dayforce, LinkedIn, Indeed) Eagerness to learn and grow within the role Strong written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented with a collaborative work style High integrity and ability to handle confidential information Detail-oriented with strong organizational and MS Office skills Total rewards: $60000.00 - $70000.00 annually 100% on site Benefits from day one of employment Yearly bonus opportunity 3 weeks vacation plus 5 personal days and bonus day off for your birthday We want to connect with you!
