To view this posting in French, please enter job code number: 147664 A typical day: Manage and execute sourcing activities including job postings, mining internal and external resume databases, earning candidate referrals, and networking Identify, interview, reference and match the best qualified candidates to client hiring needs Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines to support volume job order fulfillment and peak hiring periods Complete actions in the ATS to ensure accurate and timely information in support of payroll and invoicing procedures Deliver a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely and effective candidate communication and promotion and adherence to healthy & safe work environments Partner with Client Account Managers to ensure client needs and expectations are met and build cross-branch and department relationships across #teamAgilus Successful candidates will have: Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication skills both orally and in writing Previous recruitment experience supporting high-volume clients in industry sectors such as light industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution & logistics, and hospitality Ability to effectively communicate with diverse candidate audiences across different industry sectors and skill levels A background in meeting high activity requirements resulting in achieving high performing outcomes An understanding of Employment Standards, Human Rights legislation and relevant Health & Safety protocols and practices Experience working in an ATS or similar database platform environments Total rewards: $48000.00 - $50000.00 annually 1-year contract Compensation model for this role is base salary Contract completion bonus Cell phone and headset allowance Recognition of the importance of diversity & inclusion through company awareness initiatives Comprehensive onboarding program Early and easy access to the expansive Agilus community network Great work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork Let's connect!
