What You’ll Do
As a Claims Examiner, you will play a vital role by:
- Reviewing, investigating, and adjudicating group health and dental claims submitted by plan members.
- Making accurate payment decisions based on adjudication guidelines and group policy contracts.
- Conducting outreach to healthcare and dental providers for additional claim information as needed.
- Achieving individual and team performance targets while upholding core values such as integrity, partnership, and community focus.
