We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our client's Human Resources team at their head office. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment support across multiple provinces and branch locations across Canada. This is a high-impact position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This in-office position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of recruitment activities for roles spanning general labor, administrative, technical, and managerial levels.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and resume screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Support new hire onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation sessions, and integration into the team.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent using online platforms, social networks, referrals, and other innovative channels.
Draft compelling job descriptions that reflect role requirements and attract qualified candidates.
Partner closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and align hiring practices with business objectives.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
Take part in employee engagement initiatives, including internal communications and social committees, to support a positive workplace culture.
Hiring Scope
The Recruiter will support staffing for a broad range of positions including, but not limited to:
Warehouse and logistics roles (e.g., Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, Delivery Drivers)
Frontline and sales positions (e.g., Counter Staff, Inside/Outside Sales)
Operational and leadership roles (e.g., Shift Supervisors, Warehouse Managers, Branch Managers, Operations Managers)
Project and support positions (e.g., Project Specialists, Quotations Specialists)
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably in a multi-site or multi-province environment.
Strong ability to manage multiple job openings and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms.
