We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Reporting Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end reporting workstream, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality business intelligence solutions that meet stakeholder needs and align with organizational objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the reporting and analytics workstream within an enterprise transformation program.

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Cognos.

  • Manage a team of reporting and data professionals, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

  • Translate business needs into reporting requirements and data models.

  • Ensure accuracy, performance, and usability of all developed reports.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reporting consistency.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including report specifications, data models, and deployment processes.

  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions and support training activities for internal staff.

  • Support testing, validation, and deployment activities across development environments.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting standards, governance, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence, including leadership roles.

  • Experience delivering reporting solutions within large-scale transformation programs or enterprise projects.
