We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Reporting Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end reporting workstream, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality business intelligence solutions that meet stakeholder needs and align with organizational objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the reporting and analytics workstream within an enterprise transformation program.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Cognos.
Manage a team of reporting and data professionals, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Translate business needs into reporting requirements and data models.
Ensure accuracy, performance, and usability of all developed reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reporting consistency.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including report specifications, data models, and deployment processes.
Lead knowledge transfer sessions and support training activities for internal staff.
Support testing, validation, and deployment activities across development environments.
Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting standards, governance, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence, including leadership roles.
Experience delivering reporting solutions within large-scale transformation programs or enterprise projects.
