Agilus is recruiting for a Sr. Business Analyst in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
The candidate will be actively involved during the project and is accountable for collaborating with various teams such as: Front Office, Regulatory Development Programs, Trade Floor Supervisions, Market Risk, Global Middle Office, Back Office, and various consulting firms, to collect, clarify and document requirements.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multiple teams—including Front Office, Trade Floor Supervision, Market Risk, Global Middle Office, Back Office, and external consultants—to gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
Coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met and issues are resolved.
Support the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, implementation, and post-deployment support.
Ensure that deliverables align with business goals and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, with a strong understanding of capital markets or banking operations.
Experience working on end-to-end software development projects, especially within regulated environments.
Solid understanding of systems testing processes, including SIT and UAT coordination.
Ability to interpret technical and business information and translate it into actionable insights.
