Program Coordinator (5-Month Contract)
Location: Fully Remote (GTA-based preferred)
Contract Duration: June 15 – Mid-November
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST (37.5 hours/week)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join a collaborative, high-performing team within a regulatory body that protects the public by licensing immigration consultants. This fully remote, 5-month contract covers the remainder of a maternity leave, providing key administrative and program support. This is a high-impact, gateway role with comprehensive onboarding and strong peer support throughout the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process applications and registrations for educational programming.
- Review submissions for completeness and follow up on missing documentation.
- Maintain and update program-specific databases; generate reports as needed.
- Draft and distribute communications, including program calendars and updates.
- Support accreditation review processes and coordinate with internal teams.
- Respond to inquiries and escalate complex issues as required.
- Provide administrative support such as inbox management, scheduling, and meeting preparation.
Qualifications:
- College diploma.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (public sector or regulatory preferred but not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (above basic, including pivot tables, sorting, and filtering) and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check upon hiring.
