Our client is seeking a Project Management Lead with demonstrated experience in the non-profit, healthcare, or social services sector to drive the successful delivery of high-impact community initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of a new system, HART Hub, managing complex projects from planning through to execution. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of Ontario’s healthcare system and funding frameworks to navigate project requirements effectively and ensure alignment with provincial standards.
This is a three-year contract role, requiring a strong commitment to the full duration of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and performance monitoring for key health and social service initiatives
- Develop timelines, manage resources, and ensure project goals align with strategic priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support integrated service delivery
- Track milestones, manage risk, and report on project outcomes and financials
- Use data and feedback to inform continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Public Health, or a related field
- PMP certification (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare, non-profit, or social services
- Strong understanding of Ontario’s health system and funding environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint, and the MS Suite
Other Requirements:
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Satisfactory criminal reference and vulnerable sector check
