Agilus is recruiting for a Manager, M365 Center of Excellence in the service provider industry in Markham, Ontario.
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager, M365 Center of Excellence (COE) to spearhead the adoption and optimization of M365 solutions. This role is central to driving digital innovation, streamlining business processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
A typical day:
Direct the agile development of solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
Act as a Microsoft evangelist, promoting best practices and staying current with the latest M365 and Azure innovations.
Design and deliver training programs to upskill power users and citizen developers, ensuring effective tool adoption.
Oversee data integrity, manage API integrations, and uphold governance standards across platforms.
Chair the AI Committee and lead the strategic rollout of Microsoft CoPilot, guiding responsible and impactful use across teams.
Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.
Identify and implement emerging Microsoft technologies, including AI and machine learning, to support business transformation.
Track and optimize application performance to align with organizational goals and KPIs.
Successful candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or Microsoft certifications are a strong asset.
At least 5 years of experience managing IT teams and projects, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform and M365 tools.
Proven leadership and project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and data governance.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform, Azure) are highly desirable.
