Looking for an opportunity in the Supply Chain industry? We are looking for a logistic admin assistant for 12-month contract position. Agilus is recruiting for a Logistic Admin Assistant in the manufacturing industry in Markham, Ontario. The logistic admin assistant will be managing incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. A typical day: Work closely with the logistics, 3PL, CSR and finance Assist in day-to-day logistics operation process Maintain and update files, records and preparation of reports Assisting with managing shipment schedules, tracking deliveries, and ensuring on-time arrivals. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, ensuring effective communication, and resolving logistical issues. Successful candidates will have: 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse administration and operations or similar roles Diploma, certification, education in Supply Chain Proficiency in using MS Office suite Intermediate to advance in Excel functions (i.e. VLook Up, Pivot tables etc) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills The ideal candidate is detail oriented and willing to learn Total rewards: 12-month contract position Pay rate: $25 Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm (one hour lunch) Fully on site: 2 days in Markham, On and 3 days in Whitby, ON Parking on site available Great opportunity to learn and work in a positive work environment Ready!
