Junior Document Controller 12-month contract available now! Agilus is recruiting for a Junior Document Controller in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. We're looking for a Junior Document Controller to join a team in downtown Calgary for a 12-month contract. This is the perfect role for someone looking to gain some experience, be mentored, and learn on the job. Responsibilities: Managing the document filing systems Maintaining the Master Document Registers Supporting capital projects Coordinate with External Document Controllers Compliance tracking Reporting Assessing the quality of documents and drawings Requirements: 1+ years of experience working as a Document Controller Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SharePoint Any experience with Aconex or another EDMS is a huge asset Worked in manufacturing or oil and gas Adaptable, open to coaching and learning, intuitive Natural problem-solver Experience working on multiple projects What's in it for you: $30.00 - $32.00 hourly Location: SW Calgary Monday to Thursday in-office, Fridays WFH Schedule: 8:30am to 5pm 12-month contract Fantastic onboarding and training program Ready!
