We are proactively building our network and pipeline of senior-level consultants in British Columbia in anticipation of upcoming contract and permanent opportunities. While I may not have a suitable open role right now, we expect a busy summer ahead and are taking steps now to connect with qualified professionals who are open to future opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Location: Based in British Columbia, open to hybrid work arrangements.
  • Experience Level: 5–10+ years of experience in a senior consultant role.
  • Industry Focus:
    • Strong preference for individuals with a proven track record in large-scale enterprise transformation or public sector initiatives.
    • Ideal candidates have delivered successful projects with the BC Government, Crown Corporations, or Agencies.
    • We are also open to strong professionals from private sector enterprise backgrounds.

Technical Talent Areas of Focus:

We are particularly interested in connecting with candidates who have experience in:

  • Software Development
  • Automation & QA Testing
  • Programming (various languages)
  • Cloud Engineering / DevOps

Experience with modern tools, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, CI/CD, containerization, etc.) is highly desirable.

Key Qualities:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and soft skills.
  • Technically-minded individuals who demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and a drive to stay current with evolving technologies.
