Job Title: RPA Developer

One of our clients is looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RPA platforms such as WorkFusion or UiPath, along with a solid background in Java development. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and a strong ability to analyze and resolve business and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work rotational shifts: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST).
• Assess the impact of design decisions and recommend optimized or alternative technical solutions as needed.
• Analyze business needs and implement RPA solutions that align with strategic goals.
• Identify trends and emerging issues to support informed decision-making.
• Lead and support initiatives to meet business objectives.
• Conduct independent analysis to resolve complex issues.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
• Support production environments, including performing root-cause analysis independently.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing learning and professional engagement.
• Primarily support a business unit, but may contribute to broader, enterprise-level initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Advanced expertise in RPA tools such as WorkFusion or UiPath.
• Proficient in Java programming.
• Strong understanding of software development practices and technologies, gained through formal training or hands-on experience.
• Ability to code independently with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with technical environments, operating systems, and deployment processes.
• Solid grasp of both functional and technical aspects of enterprise systems.
