Salary: 69, 828 per Year
 

Our client in the non-profit sector is hiring a Senior Exam Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Senior Exam Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery and administration of examinations for the organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining their e-learning platform and coordinating exam development, proctoring, grading, and results communication. The position requires a high level of organization, confidentiality, and professionalism, with a strong focus on maintaining exam integrity and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain exam content and user data in the e-learning platform (D2L/Brightspace).
  • Coordinate all aspects of exam administration, including scheduling, proctoring, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Support grading processes and results analysis, ensuring timely and accurate communication with candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, volunteers, and external vendors to ensure high standards in exam delivery.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries, accommodation requests, and general support needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, issue tracking, and confidential documentation throughout the examination process.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in administration or project coordination, preferably in exam delivery within a professional association.
  • Strong technical proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with e-learning systems and databases preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and French (oral and written) required.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and customer service skills.

 

Work Environment:

  • 35-hour work week with a hybrid model, requiring one in-office day per week.
