Compensation: Up to $65,000.00 per year
About the Role:
Our client, a growing technology-focused company, is seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Coordinator to join their in-person team in Guelph. This is a key role responsible for executing impactful marketing campaigns aimed at driving measurable lead generation and ROI. Ideal candidates will bring experience in digital marketing, email campaign management, vertical targeting, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing Strategy Execution
- Design and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support the sales funnel.
- Manage list segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
- Analyze email campaign metrics and optimize for higher engagement and conversions.
Lead Generation & Data-Driven Optimization
- Use tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to monitor and enhance campaign performance.
- Identify high-value customer segments and implement tailored strategies for outreach.
- Track and refine the lead conversion process to maximize marketing-driven pipeline growth.
Vertical Campaign Strategy
- Create and execute marketing campaigns tailored to specific industry verticals and customer personas.
- Align content and offers with the distinct needs of each target audience to boost engagement and ROI.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support broader initiatives including website updates, SEO, and landing page optimization.
- Ensure digital touchpoints align with campaign goals and are optimized for lead capture.
Social Media & Content Coordination
- Coordinate with content creators to maintain a unified brand voice across channels.
- Repurpose high-performing content from emails for use across social and other platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, leadership, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Present performance metrics and campaign insights to internal stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on lead generation and email campaign execution.
- Strong grasp of B2B marketing strategies and sales cycles.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with SEO, digital ads, and performance marketing best practices.
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and reporting on ROI.
- Background in telematics or a related field is considered an asset.
- Valid G-class driver’s license required.
