Job Title: Data Administrator (12-Month Contract, Hybrid Work Arrangement)
Location: Hybrid – 2 days in-office (Monday & Thursday), remainder remote
Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
Contract Type: 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
About the Role:
Our client is seeking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence on Mondays and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely input of data across various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data in internal databases and systems
Review and verify the accuracy of data entries and correct errors
Organize and maintain electronic files and records
Perform routine data integrity checks and audits
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and data consistency
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled
Requirements:
Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
