Bayshore is looking for a warm and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist. If you are an effective communicator, with superior organizational skills this important position would be your opportunity to excel as the initial point of contact for our company. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors as they arrive, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Manage meeting bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using our scheduling software.
  • Phone Management: Utilizing a multi-line system, answer and direct phone calls, take messages if needed, and provide information to callers.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update appropriate records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with employees of all levels, customers and visitors.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and lobby is clean, organized, and stocked with any necessary supplies.
