Payroll Administrator - 12 Month Contract (Hybrid)
Our manufactoring client is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a contract role, with a hybrid work schedule requiring three days on-site each week at their Etobicoke office. The position is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
As a Payroll Administrator, you'll assist with payroll processing, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with the finance team to support payroll accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll transactions accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
Use ADP Workforce to manage payroll processes
Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies
Assist with payroll reports and documentation
Key Requirements:
1-3 years of payroll processing experience
Experience with ADP Workforce (required)
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
