Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors

Job Type: Contract Full-Time. 18 months, with possible extension
Hours: 35 hours a week
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will drive real change! You will transform the employee experience at by streamlining business processes, and delivering a digitally enriched SAP SuccessFactors (SAP/SF) solution using Employee Central and Talent Management modules. You will serve as the SAP/SF functional expert in the domain of HR and Payroll, throughout the full project life cycle of the SAP/SF transformation (prepare, explore, realize, deploy, run, sustain). You will collaborate closely with experienced SAP/SF consultants, various subject matter experts, and leaders to achieve extraordinary results! Reporting to the Manager, SAP Transformation, the Sr Business Systems Analyst is a functional expert in SAP (FICO, Payroll) and SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Talent management).
Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Learning).
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead end-to-end system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP/non-SAP systems.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure data integrity.
Develop and deliver user training and documentation.
Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors updates and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in SAP HR/Payroll and SuccessFactors HCM modules.
- Experience configuring at least one SuccessFactors module (ex., Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning Management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
- SAP HCM certified or Canadian Payroll Association Certification.
- Experience with a public sector environment is a plus.
