Our client, an established wealth management firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team in Toronto for a 3-month contract, with potential for extension.
In this hybrid role, you’ll play a key part in driving daily marketing operations with a strong emphasis on digital strategy, while also lending critical support to a high-impact data migration project.
If you have 2+ years of professional marketing experience—particularly in managing email, social, and digital ad campaigns—along with a strong grasp of SEO/SEM and hands-on experience using HubSpot, we want to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play a key role in supporting a critical data and marketing asset migration initiative, leveraging HubSpot to optimize systems and performance.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and social media engagement, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and update digital content, marketing assets, and website materials to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
- Assist in driving revenue growth through lead generation strategies and increasing brand visibility across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the marketing team, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital strategy and campaign execution.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub for asset management and campaign automation.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM strategies to improve search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- Demonstrated success supporting PPC advertising efforts, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
- Proficient in HTML for customizing email templates and web assets to align with brand standards.
- Familiarity with key marketing tools, including WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling content.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or publishing is considered an asset.
