We’re looking for a Project Quotes Specialist to join our client's team and support the quoting and coordination of electrical distribution projects.

You’ll work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure all project materials are sourced and delivered on time and according to plan.

What You’ll Do

• Review customer requirements, drawings, and material lists to prepare quotes.

• Request and collect pricing from vendors and manufacturer reps.

• Ensure quotes are complete and meet all project specifications.

• Keep organized records of all quotes and project details in our system.

• Place orders for materials once projects are approved.

• Coordinate deliveries with customers to match their timelines.

• Track project progress, communicate updates, and manage any changes.

• Help prepare project close-out documentation and resolve outstanding items.

• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in quoting or project coordination in the electrical or related industry.

• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment, blueprints, or technical specs.

• Good communication and organization skills.

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working with different teams.

• Experience using quoting tools, Excel, and project tracking software.
