Agilus is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Analyst (Senior) (147295) in the Oil and Gas Industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. Responsibilities: Manage Utility accounts payments processing including downloading, coding and processing of utility statements Validate and process invoices; this includes PO invoices, non-PO invoices Follow-up on invoice exceptions as required; Monitor and track performance to KPI’s Assist with the review/processing of invoices with holdbacks and withholding tax; Support management of inquiries and issue resolution for invoices and payments Successful candidates will have: 5+ years direct AP processing in the oil and gas industry Solid SAP work experience Working knowledge of Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) preferred Basic accounting knowledge including knowledge of withholding tax, taxes, and holdbacks Superior organizational and interpersonal skills; Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills; excellent data entry skills and attention to detail Total rewards: One year contract with a possibility of extension Pay rate: $30 hourly Hybrid work style Location: Downtown Great opportunity to work in a well recognize Oil and Gas company
