4 month shutdown contract in the Edmonton area at a well respected refinery! Agilus is recruiting for a Project Field Coordinator in the Oil&Gas Industry in Redwater, Alberta. Start date: May 15th, 2025, or earlier Finish date: Aug 15th, 2025. Schedule – 4/10 (outside the TA window) and 6/10 during the outage (End of June to 1st week of July). Responsibilities: Completion of task works within the agreed safety parameters, schedule, budget, to meet project key performance indicators and best practices to meet business needs Analyzes resource requirements for turnaround/project activities and provide input into a fully integrated Master Schedule, including all activity resources, durations, and responsibilities to ensure optimal allocation of resources Coordinates with all relevant departments and all other stakeholders to facilitate timely achievement of objectives across departments through effective communication Facilitates embedded contractor’s responsibilities and contractual agreements deliverables; provides the contractors with sufficient data to deliver the package and scheduled activities to assure execution of tasks Registers closure reports, manpower confirmations and provide feedback to all relevant parties in Operations and Maintenance to ensure that work is completed according to the master schedule for all contracts, and comply with Turnaround KPI’s Follows-up on the design of contractors’ facilities and ensure the availability of all material required during and prior to project field execution and assure that plant lay down area matches actual drawings, meets maintenance, engineering and operations planned expectations Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Turnaround/Project business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement Successful candidates will have: 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field; Diploma or trade certificate Strong planning and organizing skill, knowledge of all relevant plant and equipment Good understanding of schedule Integration, manage scope, time management, quality control concepts and best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Windows & MS Office; good Interpersonal skills What's in it for you: shutdown hours Resume strengthening placement Valuable on site experience
