Our reputable physiotherapy clinic in Yorkville is currently looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join a friendly and professional team.

Location: Yorkville, Toronto (near Yonge and St. Clair – easily accessible by subway)
Start Date: May 12, 2025
Contract Duration: May 12 – May 30, 2025 (possibility of extension)
Work Arrangement: On-site

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the clinic
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
• Schedule and manage client appointments
• Process client payments and insurance claims (using Jane software)
• Provide general administrative support to the physiotherapy team

Requirements:

• Must have experience processing payments and insurance through Jane software
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a rehabilitation/physiotherapy clinic preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Details:

• The clinic will be closed on May 16 and May 19 (no work on those days)
• Initial training from May 12–15
• No parking available on-site, but conveniently located next to the subway
