We’re excited to partner with our client, a leading Investment service provider in North America, in their search for a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to join their growing team in Toronto. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership while supporting the day-to-day operations of a dynamic and growing financial services firm specializing in the technology sector.
Office Administrator | Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 Annually
Work Model: 4 Days in Office (Monday & Thursday mandatory, 2 days flexible)
Overview:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Administrator will provide executive support, coordinate office operations, and assist with internal events, ensuring a professional and efficient workplace experience for staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior executives, including calendar management and travel coordination
- Manage inventory and order office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and guest reception
- Support team members with general administrative needs
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate and assist with internal event planning and logistics
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in administration or executive assistant roles
- Experience in the technology or financial services sector is an asset, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail with a commitment to service excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment
