Pay Rate: $18.22/hour

Our client is seeking a motivated Advertising Sales Representative Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand—connecting with customers who have already shown interest in our products and services. Your goal? To provide tailored advertising solutions that help them meet their business objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Engage clients through phone, email, and chat, using a consultative sales approach to understand their goals.
- Identify new sales opportunities and recommend personalized advertising solutions.
- Improve client satisfaction by guiding them toward the most relevant products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to share feedback and ideas that enhance the customer experience and ad product offerings.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily performance targets.
What You Bring to the Table
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service, preferably in a digital or advertising environment.
- Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume contact environment.
- A customer-first attitude with a knack for understanding and addressing unique business needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
