Our client, in the non-profit sector, is seeking a temporary Evening Receptionist for short term coverage in Mississauga.
Contract duration: Monday, May 5th, to Thursday, May 8th, from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Training hours: April 30th from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM to ensure familiarity with our operations and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and providing information.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as required, such as sorting mail and scheduling appointments.
Ensure security protocols are followed for visitors and employees.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
