Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support cross-functional teams in delivering high-value outcomes in a collaborative Agile environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, reinforcing Agile best practices, and removing impediments that hinder team progress. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  • Promote Agile and Scrum principles across the team and broader organization.

  • Guide teams toward continuous improvement in delivery practices and collaboration.

  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clarity around priorities, scope, and deliverables.

  • Identify and remove obstacles or escalate issues that may impede the team's progress.

  • Act as a servant leader, protecting teams from distractions and ensuring focus on sprint goals.

  • Foster strong relationships within the team and with key stakeholders to encourage transparency and trust.

  • Support administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5 + years' experience working within Agile Scrum teams

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum theory, and team dynamics.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to resolve strategic, organizational, and technical impediments.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster team cohesion and help others succeed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
    Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
