Our established real estate client is seeking a Leasing Agent to join their team in Oakville. The Leasing Agent is responsible to assist prospective residents throughout the rental process, ensuring a seamless experience with exceptional customer service.

 

This role includes a base salary plus commissions and offers 3-weeks' vacation, health & dental benefits, and more!

 

Schedule: Weekday shifts from 11 AM to 7 PM, weekend shifts from 10 AM to 4 PM, with one weekend off each month.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle rental inquiries, enter leads in CRM, and track traffic data.
• Conduct property tours, assess prospective residents' needs, and promote properties.
• Facilitate applications, verify suitability, collect deposits, and optimize occupancy.
• Ensure properties are show-ready, manage walk-ins, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing, track competitor trends, and provide feedback on incentives.
• Adhere to regulations and support lease renewals.

 

Qualifications:

• At least two years of leasing experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience with Yardi or Building Stack is an asset.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
