Our client, a major player in the global quick-service and retail space, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team. This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to work closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams, playing a key role in shaping strategy, analyzing performance, and driving long-term value across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the financial impact of strategic initiatives across franchising, real estate, and operations
- Contribute to national and regional long-term planning and forecasting
- Evaluate the viability of new business opportunities and existing asset performance
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support business cases and strategic planning
- Provide recommendations to improve profitability, streamline operations, and reduce financial risk
- Lead and support special finance projects with guidance from senior leadership
- Financial Risk Management
- Monitor financial health indicators across franchise partners and business units
- Identify areas of concern and propose solutions related to profitability, equity, and liquidity
- Interpret market trends to help mitigate risk and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Financial Governance
- Support the development and communication of financial policies and internal controls
- Ensure compliance across departments and assist in educating internal stakeholders on best practices
- Deliver regular and ad hoc financial reporting to senior management
- Continuously improve reporting tools and processes to better meet stakeholder needs
- Prepare financial forecasts and scenario planning for various business segments
What We're Looking For
- CPA designation with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in corporate finance, financial consulting, or a similar role
- Proven ability to lead financial projects from start to finish
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP systems is a strong asset
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
