Bayshore’s Integrated Care Solutions is seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee vendor relationships and inventory management for our bundled care programs across Ontario. This role will be integral in refining processes to ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of medical supplies and equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service for our patients.
We’re looking for a data-driven professional who excels in vendor negotiations, process building, and optimizing inventory management systems, ensuring seamless operations across our programs.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the management of vendor contracts, performance, and renewals, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in line with patient care needs.
· Design and implement effective inventory management systems for bundled care programs, collaborating with Clinical Managers to streamline ordering processes and ensure accurate supply levels.
· Leverage operational data and vendor performance metrics to inform strategic decisions that improve supply chain efficiency and reduce waste.
· Monitor vendors to ensure adherence to healthcare quality standards and infection prevention requirements, ensuring our bundled care programs meet regulatory and patient safety standards.
· Continuously assess and refine vendor programs to ensure alignment with program goals, patient care objectives, and cost containment strategies.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders, to ensure smooth operational flow and identify areas for improvement in vendor and inventory processes.
· Coordinate vendor readiness and supply needs for new program launches or expansions, ensuring the seamless integration of care services.
