Bayshore is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Attendant to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide comprehensive homemaking services, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management.
- Offer companionship and accompany clients to appointments, activities, and events.
- Administer personal care services in accordance with care plan directives.
- Monitor and document client conditions, promptly reporting any changes or unusual events to the Supervisor or Office.
- Implement and adhere to infection prevention practices.
- Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standard.
