We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst to join our client's Product Operations team, supporting their Canada Product Portfolio. This role will primarily focus on the Insights and Communications pillar, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, change management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis

  • Maintain and reconcile data files; perform in-depth business analysis to extract actionable insights.
  • Build and manage data dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Access.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries using multiple data sources.
  • Evaluate the impact and success of reports and dashboards built—were they adopted? Did you drive change?

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Develop and manage self-serve reporting tools and communication strategies for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely information sharing.

Onboarding & Change Management

  • Facilitate onboarding and training related to new processes, tools, and operational structures.
  • Lead change management initiatives focused on process implementation, not just project/program delivery.
  • Champion adoption and ensure processes are embedded across teams.

Continuous Improvement & Feedback Loops

  • Create and manage feedback mechanisms from stakeholders and end-users.
  • Analyze business processes and suggest improvements based on insights.

Business Process Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and optimize workflows across teams.
  • Leverage data from multiple systems to support continuous improvement efforts.

System Enhancements & Documentation

  • Gather and document business requirements for system/process improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to implement and communicate changes effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in Business or Product Operations, with proven data analysis and change management expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • JIRA (including JQL) and Confluence – using them to streamline and enhance tools/processes.
  • SQL – building and running complex queries from multiple sources.
  • Tableau and Microsoft Access – building data models and visual reports.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven insights that were adopted by the business.
  • Strong change management experience focused on process implementation.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills – ability to influence and interact with multiple cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
  • PMP or CBAP certification.
  • Experience working with global product teams or international stakeholders.
