Agilus is recruiting for a Lead Estimator (Mechanical) in the Mechanical services industry in Concord, Ontario. The MEP Lead Estimator is responsible for identifying and managing tender opportunities to successfully secure bids and proposals for Commercial/Industrial & High-rise Residential retrofit jobs in the Ontario Region. Responsibilities: Identify labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other associated costs Study proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents Manage the tender closings by preparing all documents, conducting a final review with the department manager, and submitting all pricing and maintain cost database Conduct take-off meetings Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors is essential to ensure competitive pricing, quality materials, and timely delivery of services Successful candidates will have: College or University Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, Technical College diploma, or equivalent combination of technical training and/ or related experience 10+ years of relevant experience in ICI retrofit estimating is preferred Red Seal certification would be an asset Experience working with Trimble Experience with Procore would be an asset What's in it for you: Competitive Salary and benefits Permanent role Full time in office Work- life balance Opportunities for career growth and advancement
