Our client is seeking to hire a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Concierge to join their team onsite in Oakville. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate various services, and ensure a welcoming environment. Location: Oakville, Ontario
Salary: $45,000 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with one weekend shift every three weeks on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Provide information about building amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and effectively.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate and monitor access to the property, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, visitors, and service requests.
- Arrange for and monitor contractors, maintenance, and cleaning services as needed.
- Assist with scheduling shared spaces and amenities.
- Act as the liaison between residents, property management, and external vendors.
- Proactively resolve any issues to maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role. Experience as a concierge is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, property management systems).
- Professional, courteous, and resourceful.
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
Schedule and Availability:
- Full-time onsite position in Oakville.
- Must be available Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Open to working one weekend every three weeks on a rotational basis.
