Agilus is recruiting for a Property Manager in the Property Management industry in Fort McMurray, Alberta. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing various plans to help and guide personnel in reaching property, corporate, and portfolio goals and objectives. This duty will include, but is not limited to, the formulation and execution of the strategic strategy, property marketing plan, and many other property programs A typical day: Prepare and monitor de budget and AR Analysis the financial performance objectives Develop, implement, guide and communicate the property’s & corporate strategic plan Perform routine property inspections. Create and execute short, mid and long-term strategies. Ensure quality and cost standards are maintained and improved Provide excellent customer service and resolve conflicts relating to tenants, suppliers and customers. Successful candidates will have: Minimum 2 years managing & leading a team 3.5+ years of experience in shopping center management preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Work experience using an ERP system (preferably Yardi) Exceptional Microsoft Office Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills BOMI courses or certifications and/or Provincial Real Estate License an asset // • RPA, CPM, CSM or similar designation will be an asset.
