Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Analyst/ Project Coordinator in the Oil and Gas industry in a hybrid work environment in Edmonton, Alberta.
This position is responsible for coordinating the projects communication and reporting requirements within our clients Major Project’s portfolio. While working closely with various internal and external stakeholders, the Project Sr Analyst/Coordinator ensures the quality, and timeliness of project reporting.
A typical day:
Develop project updates for Manager Projects, and the Sr. Leadership, on the status of the cost, schedule, Risks, and Decisions of the assigned projects
Provide active support during project development
Monitor the progress of the critical deliverables and services throughout the project lifecycle, by working with both internal and external stakeholders
Develop and communicate timely updates on project status and performance
Assist Project team on Identifying, managing and communicating risk through proactive stakeholder engagement
Provide assistance to Project managers for holding functional leads accountable for executing their strategy and for monitoring and tracking commercial and contractual transactions as required
Facilitate pre-construction meetings, stakeholder progress update meetings, deliverable reviews, lessons-learned, etc.
Tracks Change Management process as requested by project managers
Successful candidates will have:
Bachelor degree, diploma from an accredited institute, or minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience, in engineering or construction management environment
General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations
Professional level skills in Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, Power Point, PowerBi)
