JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, who will be responsible for our Etobicoke Residential Rehabilitation Program, Clinic & Group Program, and Supported Living Apartment (SLA) Program. The Etobicoke Residence is a group-home setting that provides 24 hour care and programming. The Clinic is based out of our Etobicoke Residence, which is equipped with multidisciplinary treatment rooms, a physiotherapy gym, and clubhouse where the adult Group Program occurs three times per week; this program also facilitates community / in-home support. The SLA offers fully equipped private suites, with 24 hour support and programming.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll be working as part of a team supporting brain injury survivors with concurrent physical, mental, behavioural, and/or substance use challenges, aiding their recovery through functional rehab and development of meaningful and productive goals.
