Location: Downtown Toronto
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 to 5 days onsite

Program Overview
Join the largest business transformation initiative — the FSM Program — spanning until early 2027. This high-impact program covers six major enterprise-wide releases across supply chain, merchandising, retail operations, and POS. The selected Release Lead will own a full release cycle end-to-end, acting as a senior program manager in coordination with internal leadership and external partners (Accenture).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of a major FSM program release (e.g., warehouse modernization, transportation management, merchandising planning, or POS introduction)
Manage 10–18 cross-functional workstream leads directly
Define and track project plans, schedules, and RAID items using Microsoft Project
Interface regularly with C-level executives, business units, and Accenture implementation teams
Ensure scope containment and alignment across all delivery components
Drive strategic planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement across complex enterprise systems
Must-Have Qualifications
M1 - 10+ years of senior-level project or program management experience
M2 - Proven leadership in large-scale enterprise transformation, ideally in retail or supply chain
M3 - Advanced Microsoft Project proficiency
M4 - Experience with SAP, Manhattan, or other major enterprise platforms
M5 - Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
M6 - PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
M7 - Retail, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics experiences
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
Previous work with retail ERP, POS, or supply chain systems
Familiarity with Accenture-led implementations
Background in organizational change or innovation initiatives
